I don't have access to any great photoshop programs. I was just wondering if anybody could get a few images for me that would help with a few of the maps I'm making.

I need a flat-black metal like the one on a f-117 stealth fighter jet.

I need a few american flag images I can make into decals.

Also...Has anybody ever come up with a number/alphabet list for source like decals.wad was for Cs1.6?

You should really get a copy of Photoshop for texturing.

There's another image program called "Gimp" that's open source (as in free, works on linux and windows) that might do in a pinch, but it's no substitute for the real thing.

It does come the closest, but if you actually use all the advanced features in photoshop (or even most of them), it sucks in comparison. I do realize that most people don't though.

Have you tried making your own textures from scratch?

There's also a lot of airplane sites on the internet, and I'm sure there's at least a few that would have high res images for what you need.

Also, the last time I was at an airforce base and saw a stealth in person, the skin was pretty much just matte black,
