I am mapping for 1.6, but i would like to use source textures, I have already downloaded the custom source textures pack, and converted all images into tga-s. Can you tell me a site where some 'new' source textures can be download? Many thx

Unless: You take the jpegs make them into WAD files.

I know that I have to use a *.wad file to take the images into an 1.6 map, but i need source textures which are used by the not custom source maps. I have all the custom hl2 and source textures and i haven't put them into a wad file, because this will take a lifetime, if I find pics which I need I put them into a wad file. BUT: All of the source mappers use the custom textures and do not add new images?? I don' think so, if there is any site where not only the custom source textures can be downloaded pls tell me...
I need this, because the source textures are more realistic...
