  1. Read, search, ask is the best formula for learning about all those little pesky technical details.

  2. Learn about - and use - hint brushes.

  3. Don't neglect your floors and ceilings.

  4. Flat = Boring.

  5. Crates = No imagination

  6. Look at real-life models whenever possible and pay attention to scale.

  7. Be original.
